Not completely happy with your order? No problem! We want you to love what you buy.
To help us track and process returns efficiently, all customers must complete our Returns Form before sending any items back.
Step 1: Complete the Returns Form
Before returning an item, please submit our Returns Form. This simply notifies us of your return and helps us process it faster.

Once submitted, you can proceed with returning your item using the return details provided on the form.
Our Returns Policy:
- 30-day return window from the order date
- Choose between a refund or store credit
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only
What You Can Return:
- Unworn items with original tags
- Items in original packaging
What You Can't Return:
- Items worn or washed
- Items without their original tags or packaging
Step 2: Send Your Return
When sending your item back:
- Include your name and order number inside the parcel
- Return shipping is at your cost
- You must use a tracked courier service
⚠️ Important:
We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for returns sent without tracking.
Returns will only be processed once the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Refunds
- Original payment method: Processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received
- Store credit: Issued instantly once your return has been processed
We do not offer exchanges due to product availability. If you need a different size or style, simply use your store credit to place a new order.
