How Much Do I Pay for Shipping?
- Shipping is AU$10 for all orders under $100
- Free Shipping for all orders $100 or over
- Please note Free Shipping is available on orders of physical products only. Gift Cards don't count toward the Free Shipping threshold.
- We can only deliver to street addresses, not Private Bags.
How Long Will My Order Take to be Delivered?
- We send out orders from our Christchurch warehouse within 1-2 business days on regular weekdays.
- Once we've sent your order, delivery takes 2-4 business days to reach you. If you live in a rural area, add an extra 1-2 business days.
- Deliveries usually happen Monday to Friday.
- Sometimes orders take longer due to bad weather, busy holiday periods, or if you live in a remote location that depends on local transport schedules.
Delivery Areas
- We currently ship nationwide in New Zealand and Australia (for New Zealand orders go to www.yesmila.co.nz)
- We send out Australian orders from New Zealand using DHL couriers.
- International shipping coming soon!
Important: Customs Duties and Taxes
Since your order ships from New Zealand, you may need to pay customs duties and taxes when it arrives in Australia. Orders over Australia's duty-free threshold (currently $1,000 AUD) may be subject to import duties and GST. DHL will contact you directly if any charges apply.
Please make sure you understand any potential charges before placing your order. If your parcel is returned to us because you didn't pay customs fees, provided an incorrect address, or didn't collect it from the depot, we will refund your order minus $50 NZD to cover our processing and shipping costs.
