How to Join:
- Create an account on our website
- Automatically enrolled with your first purchase
- It's completely free!
Earning Points:
- Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend
- Points are added to your account when your order ships
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity
- No points earned on shipping costs, taxes, or gift card purchases
Bonus Points:
- Product reviews: 20 points per approved review
- Email subscription: 10 points when you subscribe
- Follow on Instagram: 10 points when you follow us
- Referral program: 50 points when your friend makes their first purchase and 50 points for your
Using Your Points:
- Every 100 points = $5 reward
- Minimum redemption: 200 points
- Use rewards at checkout - they work like store credit
- Rewards expire 6 months after they're issued
- Can't be combined with other discounts or used on Gift Cards
Member Benefits:
- Free birthday gift on your birthday
Account Requirements:
- Must have an account to participate
- One account per person
- Must provide valid email address
- We may verify identity for large point redemptions
Program Changes:
- We may modify or end the program at any time
- Members will be notified 30 days before major changes
- Existing points will be honoured during reasonable transition
period
Fair Play Rules:
- Points can't be transferred between accounts
- Fraudulent activity will result in account suspension
- Returns reduce your point balance accordingly
- We reserve the right to investigate suspicious point activity
