How Much Do I Pay for Shipping?

• Shipping is NZ$10 for all orders under $100
• Free Shipping for all orders $100 or over
• Please note Free Shipping is available on orders of physical products only. Gift Cards don't count toward the Free Shipping threshold.
• We can only deliver to street addresses, not PO Boxes.

How Long Will My Order Take to be Delivered?

• We send out orders from our Christchurch warehouse within 1-2 business days on regular weekdays.
• Once we've sent your order, delivery takes 1-3 business days to reach you. If you live in a rural area, add an extra 1-2 business days.
• Deliveries usually happen Monday to Friday.
• Sometimes orders take longer due to bad weather, busy holiday periods, or if you live in a remote location that depends on local transport schedules.

• International shipping coming soon!
